Our Company:

We offer flexibility to schedule your inspection and you will recieve the information needed to make a sound decision on your purchase. The bottom line is, we are not satisfied until you are.
2. We are not involved with any other business, in accordance to the Texas Real Estate Commission's standard of practice, this would be a conflict of interest. We are however, affiliated with a partner company, Clover Inspections (see the link on the home page for more information).
3. We always encourage buyers to attend the inspection. Buyers that attend have a better understanding of the property as viewed by the inspector and are better able to read and interpret the final report. The buyer's attendance also helps them understand the scope of a home inspection as well as the limitations.
5. An inspection can usually be scheduled within one or two days.
6. A typical inspection runs about one hour per 1000 square feet, ex. a 3000 square foot house would take approximately 3 hours.
About the Inspector:
1. Our inspectors have over 15 years extensive construction and construction related experience.
2. All inspectors are certified by AHIT (American Home Inspections Training Institute) and are licensed by the State of Texas through the Texas Real Estate Commission.
About the Report:
1. A full inspection covers the Site/Grounds, Exterior, Structural Components, Foundation, Roof, Attic, Insulation, Ventilation, Plumbing, Electrical, Heating/AC, Garage, Kitchen, Bathrooms, and Interior.
2. Yes, we prepare an extensive written report that generally runs 10-25 pages. Included is a Report Overview that will let you quickly review the recommended improvements to the home. The report is narrative in nature so that you can read the results of the home inspection. We also can supply the report on CD.
3. The report is computer generated on-site. There are no sloppy hand-written checklists! And you don't have to wait for the report.
4. The report is available the same day, and on site.
5. Our reports conform to (and exceed) the ASHI Standards of Practice and the Standards of Practice set by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
